Syllabus:

The questions on Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence will be Long Essay Type descriptive. There will be two questions from these topics and each question will carry 25 marks. The questions on Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, International Law, Family Law, Property Law, Intellectual Property Law, etc. will be Multiple Choice Questions. There will be 50 questions in total and each question will carry 1 marks. These topics are the subjects prescribed by the Bar Council of India for the undergraduate programme. For the Multiple Choice Questions, there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

Eligibility:

1. Candidates must have a three-year LLB degree or a three-year integrated LLB degree if equivalent LLB degree from a recognized University 2. Candidates must have obtained at least 55% marks in aggregate of the qualifying degree examination 3. For candidates of SC/ST category, a relaxation of 5% marks is provided i.e. they need to have 50% marks in the qualifying LLB degree exam
